Emma Roberts is getting married!
The "American Horror Story" star, 33, revealed she is engaged in an Instagram post on Tuesday. Roberts shared a photo of herself with her boyfriend, Cody John, where she shows off her ring.
"Putting this here before my mom tells everyone," she captioned the photo.
USA TODAY has reached out to representatives for Roberts for more information.
Roberts was previously in a relationship with actor Garrett Hedlund until 2022. They welcomed a child together, a boy named Rhodes, in 2020. In 2023, Roberts jokingly called out her mom for sharing a photo of Rhodes' face on social media "without asking," but wrote that she "(loves) them both so whatever."

Emma Robertson her fear of flying and her next 'thriller' movie
Roberts was also previously in a relationship with Evan Peters, her co-star on "American Horror Story." The two called off their engagement in 2019. In 2013, Roberts was taken into custody after being involved in a domestic dispute with Peters. In a joint statement issued to Us Weekly at the time, Roberts and Peters described the incident as a "misunderstanding." They added, "Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it."
Roberts and John confirmed their relationship in August 2022, when John shared a photo of the two kissing on a boat. "Sweet sweet," he captioned the photo. Roberts recently referenced John in an interview with People, telling the outlet, "I watched the movie 'The Iron Claw' with my boyfriend, and the two of us were sobbing. It was just a disaster of crying and then laughing at each other for crying, which made us cry even harder."
Emma Robertssays she's lost jobs because of 'nepo baby' label
Roberts, the niece of Julia Roberts and daughter of Eric Roberts, also made headlines for her comments about the "nepo baby" label.
"I've lost more jobs than I’ve gained from being in the business," the "Scream Queens" star told Flaunt magazine. "People have opinions and sometimes maybe they’re not good opinions of people in your family. I've never gotten a job because of it, I know I definitely have lost a couple of jobs because of it."
